DISCLAIMER

Please allow up to 3 days for me to process and complete the customization of your santa sack orders before them being sent out as these are larger pieces and require more time and attention to detail then our other products we offer.

There will be a similar process for these as we do woth our phone cases, you supply the information required on your order we will create the mock up and email to you for confirmation before we print and press your design. So please be mindful when you have placed your order to expect an email of your mockup within 24 hours (48hrs if in high demand).

The final print of all our santa sacks may not appear as vibrant as in the mockup images, because of how sublimation works with fabric it does not stick on like vinyl/dtf instead it is absorbed and dyed into the material giving it a duller finish yet longer lasting application.

Courier will still be overnight and tracking info will be sent via email, keeping in mind it is the silly season and our posties will be under the pump so there may be delays beyond my control but i will do my best to make sure your orders arrive before the cut off dates according to NZ Post guidelines on there website.
