To deliver your order we utilize NZ Post Overnight Tracked Courier for NZ orders, And the choice of Economy & Economy Tracked For Australia.
We are ready to entrust them with your orders and are always on your side if something goes wrong just get in touch with us via email with your order ,tracking number and a brief description of the issue, we will handle it from there ASAP and keep you updated.
Due to the nature of our business being mostly customized sublimation products I can not give Returns or FULL Refunds on these products. Also due to health and safety reasons I can not accept returns on Oil Perfumes either.
If ever the products are damaged or defected in transit get ahold of us immediately and I will pay for the order to be returned and commit to a replacement order of the same items or a gift card to the equivalence of your order total.
